Fouad Magdi

Fouad Magdi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and support within the payments industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Network International since December 2015, Fouad has held various roles including Testing and Certifications Manager, Testing and UAT Assistant Manager, and Card Operations Back-office 2nd line support Supervisor. Prior to this, a position as Senior Solution Development & 2nd Line Support Specialist at Emerging Markets Payments EMP involved providing operation support for smart card payment processing services. Earlier experience includes a role at MSCC focused on back-office functional consulting and implementation, facilitating the migration of clients from old systems to new banking services. Fouad holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cairo University, completed in 2007.
