Currently serving as the Site Engineering Manager at LeaderBrand since August 2021, Luiz previously held roles including Site Engineering and Maintenance Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company and Product Engineering Chief at Grupo Yamaha Brasil. Luiz’s background includes significant contributions in homologation and compliance roles at Grupo SHC and Yamaha Motor do Brasil, ensuring regulatory compliance for emissions and vehicle safety. Educational credentials encompass a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, complemented by professional leadership training from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
