Nick Garippa

Nicholas Garippa is an experienced professional in business development and operations, currently serving as Vice President at BlueWater Equity Partners since December 2021. Nicholas also contributes to community development as a Board Member for Leaders For Kids and as an Assistant Coach for the Men's Lacrosse team at Brother Rice High School. Prior to their current roles, Nicholas held positions in business development at Detroit Flex Defense and as a Senior Associate in Capital Markets & Compliance at Toppan Merrill. Nicholas's early career included a role as a Business Development & Operations Associate at Five Brothers Asset Management Solutions and an Undergraduate Assistant for Men's Lacrosse at the University of Detroit Mercy, from which Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2015. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Notre Dame Preparatory School.
