Ashley Hood is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, accounting, and customer service. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at LeadersInTraining since June 2021, Ashley has played a pivotal role in the business's formation and streamlined various processes related to product development and project management. Previous experience includes positions in accounts payable and receivable at multiple companies, such as 1000Bulbs.com and Texas Book Company, as well as a role as a Loss Prevention Specialist Lead at Ross Stores, Inc. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Finance from the University of North Texas and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Tyler Junior College.

Leaders In Training is a leadership course with content and curriculum for students, grades 6 - 12. Our Mission: We are here to provide a wholistic instructional approach for adolescent development where students make advancements towards social - emotional intelligence and mastery through leadership concepts. Our Goal: At LIT, our goal is to equip students with the ability to be great leaders in school, at home, their communities, the global work place and wherever they may find themselves.
