Giles is a Managing Partner of Leaders’ Quest, based in San Francisco, California. He works with financial services, manufacturing, and technology clients. Giles also heads Leaders’ Quest’s work on regenerative business, focusing on innovative ways business can align purpose with social and environmental outcomes. As a published writer of both fiction and non-fiction, he sees the power of storytelling and humor. He began his business career as a strategy consultant with Monitor Group. He holds an MBA from Stanford and read Economics at Queens’ Cambridge, UK.
