Kirstin Irving

Kirstin is a Partner based in the UK. For almost 30 years, Kirstin has run her own consulting businesses, working mainly with European and North American corporations. A qualified occupational psychologist, her current work focuses on conscious leadership, supporting individuals and teams to create transformative change. She’s a founding Director of Leading Through Storms CIC, and a Trustee of Fermynwoods Contemporary Art. Her passions include growing vegetables and, when the weather allows, swimming in the sea. Kirstin has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of St Andrews, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
