Nicole Ng

Nicole is a Senior Advisor for Climate Initiatives, based in New York. Nicole drives key strategic projects and manages multi-stakeholder climate collaborations, including Future Stewards and TED Countdown. Nicole was previously Chief of Staff to the CEO and Producer for Future Stewards. Before joining Leaders’ Quest in 2017, Nicole was based in Hong Kong, London, and Myanmar, working with non-profits to establish key funding streams, including human rights NGO ActionAid International, education network Teach For All, humanitarian agency Action Against Hunger, and youth-led development organisation Restless Development. Originally from Hong Kong, Nicole’s experience of compassionate leadership runs deep within her family history and she believes in the power of human connection to drive social change. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Southampton (UK). She serves on the board of directors for Restless Development USA and is an official nominator for The Earthshot Prize.
