Hannah Cowan MARLA has extensive experience in customer care and management, currently serving as Customer Care Manager at Leaders Romans Group since January 2020, where previous roles included Quality Assurance Manager and Quality & Customer Care Associate. Prior experience encompasses a Senior Property Manager position at Chancellors from September 2016 to January 2020, and a Freelance Makeup and Hair Artist role from January 2014 to September 2018, along with a Beauty Consultant position at Christian Dior Couture. Earlier roles in retail and education, including various sales assistant positions and invigilating for exams, contributed to a strong foundation in customer service and operational management. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Portsmouth and training at Delamar Academy.
