Currently serving as a Title Clerk at Leaders RPM since December 2020, Penny previously co-owned and operated Roxy Property Management, LLC for over thirteen years, managing multiple student rental homes and a short-term rental. Additional experience includes serving as a Child Accounting Secretary for Kalamazoo Public Schools, handling accounting tasks at Steensma Lawn and Power Equipment, and providing administrative support at Centerpoint Church and Christ Community Church. Penny's early career featured roles in clerical support at Edward Jones Investments and the City of Plainwell, along with guiding students in publications at Otsego Baptist Academy. Educational background includes studies at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Fred Pryor Seminars.
