Tiana Mathes

Tiana Mathes is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in staffing and family services. Currently serving as a Headhunter at Leaders Staffing, LLC since April 2021, Tiana previously held the role of Recruitment Specialist at Lifeline Youth & Family Services from November 2020 to April 2021. Tiana's career at Lifeline spanned from 2013 to 2020, during which time Tiana progressed through various roles including Regional Supervisor, Regional Coordinator, and Family Consultant. Prior to that, Tiana worked as a Family Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services from May 2008 to May 2013. Tiana is an alumna of Ball State University.
