Ganiyu Jerry Ladipo

Ganiyu Jerry Ladipo serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Empire Board of Realtists, Inc., the oldest minority trade association in the United States, and has held this position since January 2014, having previously served in the same capacity in 2012. Ganiyu is also the CEO and Managing Member of Buy Smart Realty, LLC, and the CEO of Facilities and Assets Management Experts, Ltd., focusing on strategic business consulting. As an elder member of the Nasir-Llah Organization of Atlanta, Ganiyu provides spiritual leadership and oversees the organization's prosperity. Additionally, Ganiyu chairs Ladipo Enterprises Ltd., actively engaging in multi-family residential projects and global business development since 1990. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston and a variety of real estate management certifications. Ganiyu is an alumnus of Leadership Atlanta and engaged in community initiatives through previous roles, including Business Sector Coordinator at Greater Vine City School.
