Sharon James Jordan

Sharon James Jordan is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Solutions at Alorica since September 2022. Prior to this, Jordan held various prominent positions at Chief, COO Forum, Leadership Atlanta, Transcom, Iron Mountain, Sutherland, and AIG. With a Master's degree in Professional Studies from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Broadcasting from the University of South Carolina, Jordan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in operations, IT, client services, and delivery operations to their current role.
