Doris van de Sand

Doris van de Sand is an experienced professional with a strong background in coaching and education. Currently serving as Partner & Co-Head of Quality and Associate Partner & Head of Quality at Leadership Choices since January 2020, Doris has also been a member of the ICF Ethics Committee for ICF Germany e.V. since November 2019. With extensive freelance experience in international communication coaching and intercultural coaching for corporate executives and politicians since January 2000, Doris has held roles such as Board Member and Programs Director Credentialing at ICF Germany from November 2016 to November 2019. Prior to these positions, Doris managed IS Munich and worked as a freelance teacher trainer at the University of Tübingen and as a DAAD lecturer at UMIST and Beijing International Studies University. Doris holds a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics, Sinology, German Literature, and Political Science from Universität Tübingen.
