Thierry Roland

Thierry Roland serves as the Managing Director of Roland & Associés since 2006 and is a Paris Partner at Leadership Choices, an international coaching agency, since March 2014. Previous experience includes roles as a Paris Partner at CxC Consulting (Media Coaching) from 2002 to 2005, and as a foreign correspondent for La Tribune in London from 1987 to 2002. Thierry has also held positions as Export Area Sales Manager at Arcelor Mittal from 1984 to 1987 and as North-Africa Area Manager at Groupe Crédit du Nord from 1981 to 1984. Educational credentials include an Executive Coaching Professional Certification from Coaching Academy (2005), a degree in Neurosciences applied to Management and Coaching from the Institute of NeuroCognitivism (2015), and a Master's in Business Administration from ICN Business School (1980).
