Aisha Bien-Aime

Aisha Bien-Aime is an experienced professional in educational equity and political campaign management, currently serving as the Director of Candidate Development at Leadership for Educational Equity since November 2019. Previously, Aisha worked as a Legislative Aide for The Florida Senate from October 2017 to November 2019 and as Campaign Manager for the Florida Democratic Party from February 2015 to November 2016. Aisha has significant experience in legislative operations, voter outreach, and educational roles, including prior positions with the Florida House of Representatives and Obama for America. A background in education is highlighted by a tenure as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Orange County Public Schools, along with early experience as a Resident Adviser at Columbia University. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University and attended Bard College at Simon's Rock.
