Alicia T Vega

Alicia T Vega is the President of Alicia T. Vega Consulting, Inc, offering services to nonprofit, government, and social service organizations. Alicia T is also a Fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago, where Alicia T works to strengthen Chicago's neighborhoods. Previously, Alicia T served as the Executive Director at Changing Worlds, Vice President of Youth Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, and as Executive Director at Southwest Youth Collaborative. With a background in various leadership roles, Alicia has extensive experience in organizational development and program evaluation.
