Mijin Park

Mijin Park is currently the Chief of Staff at Leadership Greater Chicago since October 2023. Prior to this role, Park worked as Chief of Staff at City Year Chicago from January 2020 to September 2023. Park has extensive experience in various roles at Chicago Public Schools from August 2002 to January 2020, including Executive Director, Director of Quality Assurance & Training, Strategy/Project Manager, Performance Management Consultant, and Project Manager. Park holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Policy Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
