Ronald Milsap

Ronald Milsap has a strong background in finance and banking, with experience in leadership roles at various financial institutions. Milsap is currently the Director of U.S. Zero Barriers to Business at BMO U.S. and a Signature Fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago. Prior to their current roles, Milsap held positions at Providence Bank & Trust, Urban Partnership Bank, and U.S. Bank. Milsap has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Morehouse College and has completed a Professional Certification in Leadership & Professional Development from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
