Tim Payne

Tim Payne is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in executive roles within youth development and community engagement organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Howard County since July 2022, Tim also holds the position of Head Coach at the Soccer Association of Columbia since August 2017. Previously, Tim was the Executive Director of Raise DC from August 2018 to August 2019, where the organization focused on fostering collaboration among local stakeholders to support youth development. Additionally, Tim served as Executive Director for For Love of Children from 2001 until August 2018, emphasizing the importance of nurturing students’ aspirations. Tim Payne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University between 1997 and 2001.
