Leadership Institute
Chandler Glander serves as a Regional Field Coordinator at the Leadership Institute since May 2022. Previously, Chandler worked as a Campus Correspondent for Campus Reform from May 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included reporting news stories and ensuring accuracy in published content. Earlier experiences include a role as a Voter Contact Specialist with the Republican National Committee from May 2020 to November 2020, leading training for interns and facilitating communications during campaign seasons. Chandler also has a background in customer service as a Cash Register Operator and Line Cook at Chick-fil-A and has experience in teaching and safety management as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for Apex Park and Recreation District in 2016. Chandler's educational journey includes studies at Colorado State University Global, University of Colorado Denver, and Red Rocks Community College.

Leadership Institute
Founded in 1979 by its president, Morton C. Blackwell, LI provides training in campaigns, fundraising, grassroots organizing, youth politics, and communications. The Institute teaches conservatives of all ages how to succeed in politics, government, and the media. The Institute offers 47 types of training schools, workshops, and seminars; a free employment placement service; and a national field program that trains conservative students to organize campus groups. Since 1979, LI has trained more than 230,000 conservative activists, leaders, and students. The Institute's unique college campus network has grown to more than 1,700 conservative campus groups and newspapers.
