Erica Ramsey

Erica Ramsey is a seasoned project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Coalition Coordinator at the Leadership Institute since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Manager and Finance Coordinator at Holloway Consulting Inc. from February 2022 to May 2023, and as an Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising at Altar'd State from June 2018 to February 2022. Additionally, Erica completed an internship at the Virginia Beach Justice Initiative in 2020. Erica holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington, earned between 2017 and 2021.
