Holly Prather

Holly Prather serves as the Chief Operations Officer of the Leadership Louisville Center, having been promoted to this role in 2022 after previously holding positions such as Vice President since 2011. With a career at Leadership Louisville Center beginning in April 2009, Holly oversees critical functions including marketing, public relations, finance, human resources, and IT, significantly contributing to the organization's strategic direction. Prior to this, Holly worked at the Transit Authority of River City (TARC) in various marketing and communications roles from 2001 to May 2009, and began the career at Doe Anderson as a PR Assistant Account Manager. Holly holds a Master's degree in Media Communication from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Communication Arts from Georgetown College.
