Katlyn Frye has extensive experience in graphic design and marketing, currently serving as a Graphic Design & Marketing Contractor and Development & Marketing Coordinator at Leadership Louisville Center since June 2017. Additionally, Katlyn is the owner of Pens & Paths, a business that merges modern calligraphy with graphic design to create custom pieces. Previous roles include a Marketing Intern at Leadership Louisville Center and Project Management Intern at Washington County Community Foundation, where responsibilities spanned graphic design, content creation, and event promotion. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing & Management from Indiana University Southeast and participation in the Young Women's Institute at the Kelley School of Business.

The Leadership Louisville Center’s purpose is to inspired and equip leaders to be better and do better. We are a nationally-recognized resource for individuals and organizations who strive to go beyond being individually successful to being truly significant. We are a nonprofit organization in Louisville, Kentucky, serving as the region’s hub for talent development, relationship building, and community engagement.
