Lisa Te Slaa, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and business productivity improvement. As the owner of Precision Leadership Group and a partner at Leadership Management Institute since December 2009, Lisa focuses on helping organizations enhance their growth through measurable productivity enhancements. Additionally, Lisa serves as a distributor for TTI Performance Systems, recognized among the top 10 distributors globally, and is a certified coach, teacher, and speaker within the John Maxwell Team. Previous roles include executive sales specialist at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals and senior sales representative at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, along with experience in commercial real estate. Lisa holds dual degrees in Business and Accounting from the University of South Dakota and has taught as an adjunct professor at Northwest Iowa Community College.
