Kaija Heittola

Kaija Heittola has been working in the field of leadership development since 2011 when they started working at Leadership Management International, Inc. as a Leadership Developer. In 2010 they began working at LMI Finland Oy Ab as a Certified LMI Leadership Developer and LMI Licensee. In the same year, they also started working as a Professional Coach, Solution-Focused Resource-Oriented Supervisor and Entrepreneur at Kaija Heittola Ky, previously known as Henkilöstövalmennus Kaija Heittola tmi.

From 2007 to 2006, Kaija worked as a Sales Manager at Lakeuden Lähivakuutusyhdistys and a District Manager in South Ostrobothnia at Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö Veritas. Kaija began their career in 1981 at Kurikan Osuuspankki, where they worked in various specialist positions such as a Customer Service Specialist, Staff Trainer and Service Advisor.

Kaija Heittola completed their Matriculation Examination at Kurikka High School in 1977. Kaija then went on to obtain a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration from Seinäjoki Business School in 1979. In 2003, they obtained a JET Specialist Qualification in Management (TAKK). From 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Tampere, where they obtained a VTS Insurance Examination. In 2010, they obtained a Solution-Focused Resource-Oriented Supervisor Training from HPI, University of Tampere. In 2013, they obtained an NLP Master from VMT Koulutus and a Cooperation Training Program from Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute, Ben Furman. In 2014, they obtained an Authorised Business Mentor Training from Vocational Adult Education Sedu. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Business Coach from the Business Coaching Institute. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Member of Board of Directors from Etelä-Pohjanmaan kauppakamari - South Ostrobothnia Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Master of Motivation Coach (Reiss Motivation Profile) from Reiss Motivation Profile Nordic Oy and a Certified LMI® Coach in Total Leader® programs from Leadership Management Institute in 2011.
