Leeni Heikkinen

Leeni Heikkinen has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Leeni began their career at Metsä Group in 2008, where they were involved in bringing together and separating sales and marketing organisations, as well as other projects and maternity leave. In 2019, they joined LMI Finland Oy Ab as a Leadership Developer, and also joined Leadership Management International, Inc. in the same year in the same role. In 2020, they joined Hämeen kauppakamari | Häme Chamber of Commerce as a member of both the Teollisuusvaliokunta and Kaupan ja palvelualan valiokunta. Leeni also joined Kasvu Open -sparraus as a Kasvu Open -sparraaja, Puhujatori as a Public Speaker, Mothers in Business MiB ry as an MiB Mothers in Business aktiivi, tapahtumavastaava, Vincit HR LaaS, LaaS Company as a Vincit HR LaaS -pilotissa mukana palveluntarjoajana, and Lahden seudun Meriklusteri / Lahti Region Maritime Cluster in 2021. In 2021, they also became a Speaker at Johtajuuswebinaari 2021, Leadership Webinar.

Leeni Heikkinen completed a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from LUT University in 2008. Prior to that, they attended University of Eastern Finland.
