Mariam Malik Alsikafi

Mariam Malik Alsikafi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As a Founding Member of the Leadership Now Project since January 2017, Mariam has focused on fostering political entrepreneurs and promoting responsible business practices. In addition, Mariam serves as the Chairman of the Board for Citizens Archive, co-founding the USA Chapter to enhance educational and cultural outreach in South Asia. Previous roles include Head of Growth Strategy at Stareable and Lead for the Story Share Initiative, where Mariam successfully managed a significant grant for cultural exchange projects. Mariam has also held membership roles in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity in entrepreneurship and has a background in business development, investment management, and investment banking. Education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Engineering from Dartmouth College.
