Christine Santos

Christine Santos has over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting. Christine is currently the Director at Leadership Oakland. Prior to their current role, they were the CFO at TTi Global from January 2002 to February 2020. During their time at TTi Global, they led a team of 20 direct and 40+ indirect reports in 14 markets across the globe. Christine also managed all credit facilities for global operations, obtained foreign factoring loans and domestic bridge loan to assist with financial restructure in 2016, and established foreign entities in 7 new markets. In addition, they oversaw global treasury management of 15 reporting entities across the globe, prepared monthly and quarterly dashboards and financial presentations for discussions with Senior Management Team, created annual budgeting process and continual rolling forecasts, and implemented and enhanced Monthly Reporting Package process. Christine has also served as Interim HR Director during company downturn as part of cost saving initiative and administered acquisition process and arranged transition plan for acquisition of UK entity.

Christine Santos completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Walsh College.
