Kylene Ruth is the Founder and CEO of Falcon Performance Partners LLC, where Kylene serves as a Certified Executive Coach and Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, focusing on leadership and operational challenges in organizations. Kylene is also an Admissions Liaison Officer for the United States Air Force Academy and an Executive Coach with Leadership Outfitters, utilizing Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching principles. Formerly, Kylene held various senior leadership roles in the United States Air Force and its affiliated institutions, including Senior Advisor for The Henry M. Jackson Foundation and Human Performance Senior Leader Advisor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Kylene's extensive education includes a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy.
