Inga Kalna

Inga Kalna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Inga is currently working as an Executive Consultant at the Leadership Pipeline Institute, where they support organizations in building internal leadership pipelines and creating performance-focused organizations. Inga also has experience as a business owner, serving as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant since 2018. In this role, they specialize in leadership, team, organization, and emotional intelligence development.

Prior to their role as a business owner, Inga worked as a Ways of Working Coach (Agile) at Rimi Baltic Group. In this position, they provided support to multiple teams, coaching them in implementing agile-inspired ways of working. Inga also identified and managed blockers to promote business outcomes.

Before joining Rimi Baltic Group, Inga worked as the Head of Leadership and Employee Development at Citadele banka in 2017 and as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Nordea from 2012 to 2017. In their role at Nordea, they focused on developing leadership skills and facilitating leadership development programs.

Inga's earlier experience includes various roles at Nordea Bank AB Latvia branch. Inga served as the Head of Customer Service Region "Pārdaugava" and the Head of Customer Service Centre, where they were responsible for managing customer service operations. Inga also worked as an Internal Trainer, providing training to employees, and as a Personal Bank Advisor.

Inga Kalna pursued their education at Latvijas Universitate from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Inga also acquired certifications such as the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment Scale from Genos International in December 2019 and became a certified facilitator for "Leading Others" from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in August 2014.
