Mads Elk

Mads Elk has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Mads started their career as an Erhvervskonsulent at Bikuben Sparekasse in 1990 and worked there until 1995. Mads then joined THE SWEDISH TRADE COUNCIL as a Consultant from 1995 to 1998. Following this, Mads worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercuri International, where they facilitated trainings and coached managers and employees in leadership, sales, motivation, and communication. After four years with Mercuri International, they became an Associeret partner at Cultivator in 2012 and served in that role until 2020. During this time, Mads also worked as a Radiohost for Bauer Media Group - Danmark in 2017.
