Casey Mirch

Manager of Data & Systems Administration at Leadership Public Schools

Casey Mirch is a Bay Area native who attended New College of Florida, where he graduated with a major in experimental psychology and was an early volunteer in the student bicycle workshop. Casey joined Leadership Public Schools in 2003 as its fifth employee and proudly served as the Technology Coordinator to the network’s founding class and faculty in Richmond. Since 2009, he has been building and maintaining data-related infrastructure and processes as Manager of Data and Systems Administration. Casey has seen LPS through the adoption of 3 different student information systems (running on 5 database engines, in total) and has been handling state reporting since CALPADS was CSIS DataGate. He has been a presenter at multiple Illuminate Education user conferences.
