Sandra Becker

Sandra is passionate about public education and believes that every child deserves a quality public education in an equitable learning environment. Sandra volunteered in her children’s public schools supporting teachers in the classroom, fundraising, and as a board member of HeadsUp – the San Rafael Public Education Foundation.

She has over 25 years of experience working with nonprofit clients as a CFO, auditor, and trusted advisor in developing strategic plans, setting up fiscal sponsorship programs, and system implementations. She was formerly the CFO at New Schools Venture Fund and the Director of Philanthropic and Corporate Finance at the Tides Foundation.

Sandra is the Founder of Cycle Advisors, providing consulting exclusively for nonprofit organizations. She helps organizations maximize their impact by providing the information needed to enhance their strategic decision-making. Recent clients include Global Fund for Women, End of Life Choices California, and the National Equity Project.
