Mariah Shields

Mariah Shields is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership and community service. Currently serving as a Steering Committee Member for Leadership Santa Rosa Alumni Association and as a Senior Benefits Advisor at Arrow Benefits Group since 2011, Mariah has effectively balanced account management duties while adapting to the company's growth. As a co-founder and board member of 100 Sonoma People Who Care, Mariah plays a pivotal role in supporting local non-profits through significant financial contributions. Additionally, Mariah serves as the Board President for North Bay Children's Center and has been involved with Giant Steps Therapeutic Equestrian Center as an instructor and volunteer since 2007. Previous board experience includes a secretary position at United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay and participation in community advocacy events. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Lewis & Clark College, further complementing a robust commitment to the community.
