Sushmita Usha Devarajan

Sushmita Usha Devarajan currently serves as a Partner and Associate Partner at OD Alternatives (ODA) since August 2023 and is a Co-Founder of Sadbhavna.in from January 2023. Sushmita functions as the Co-Program Director for workplace conflict and influencing programs at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, collaborating with other professors in this capacity, while also contributing as guest faculty. Additionally, Sushmita works as a Self Leadership & Transformation Coach at Leadership that Works India and has held various roles at Soliya, including Virtual Exchange & Design Officer and Trainer. Past consultancy roles include working with The World Bank, where Sushmita facilitated the CAO Mediators Summit and contributed to the Grievance Redressal Service. Sushmita’s educational background includes certifications in coaching and training, mediation, and degrees in Apparel Production and Merchandising Management, along with Costume and Fashion Design.
