Jakob Nauerby Kristensen is an experienced Customer Success Manager, having held this role since 2021 at Playable (formerly Leadfamly). Jakob Nauerby Kristensen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2010 to 2012. Jakob Nauerby then earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Business Communication from the same university from 2012 to 2014.
