Mariam Tatishvili is a seasoned Global Talent Sourcer currently with Dealfront, following the merger of Leadfeeder and Echobot. Mariam has held the position of Global Talent Partner at Leadfeeder since May 2022, where responsibilities include creating hiring strategies, screening candidates, and supporting onboarding processes. Prior experience includes serving as Global Talent Partner at iubenda during its Series A phase, focusing on recruitment across EMEA and the USA, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Robin, specializing in tech talent for the Dutch market. Mariam began a career in user experience research at TBC Capital and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Caucasus University.
