Hanh then transitioned to a role as a Sales Associate at Charlotte Russe, where they focused on promoting store merchandise and providing personalized stylizing assistance to customers. In 2014, they participated in the Notre Dame Summer Scholars Program at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
In 2017, Hanh enrolled at Bentley University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Hanh studied at Bentley University until 2021, when they completed their undergraduate education.
