David Chadwick

David Chadwick has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. David began their career in 1980 as a Sergeant/Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where they held roles in infantry, administration, and communications. In 1990, they became a Contract RF Engineer at LA Cellular, PAC Tel Cellular/AT&T, and US West/New Vector. In 1994, they Co-Founded Chadmoore Wireless Group Inc and served as Vice-President of Engineering, responsible for spectrum acquisitions, FCC regulatory affairs, and network design and engineering. In 1996, they Founded C/NET:Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiary phoneXchange, LLC. In 2000, they Founded Leading Edge Communications, Inc., an FCC Licensed 214-International Common Carrier providing switch-based 1-800 toll-free origination services with managed private network voice and data transmission. In 2013, they Co-Founded NETCAST BPO Services, Inc., which provided conventional inbound call center services. Finally, in 2016, they Founded Leading Edge Pharms, Inc.

David Chadwick received a Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) degree from the University of Mississippi in 1985.
