Abraham Eapen

Abraham (AB) Eapen is a seasoned industry expert with extensive experience in the Telecom, Banking, and Insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Advent Gregoria since 2014, Abraham specializes in Business Process Management, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Supply Chain across global locations including India, Kenya, Philippines, Poland, and Mexico. Previously, Abraham held several key leadership roles at IBM from 2007 to 2014, including Chief Executive Officer of ISON and Delivery Head of DAKSH, focusing on business process outsourcing and health insurance. Earlier career experience includes Vice President at GE Capital, where Abraham led operations for the first Offshore Delivery Center in Wroclaw, and various managerial positions at Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Abraham holds a Master's in Business Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
