Stacey Ames

Stacey Ames, M.Ed, is an Educational Systems and Innovation Consultant specializing in Special Education, behavior management, and emotional intelligence. Stacey served as a School Improvement Consultant for Chester County Intermediate Unit from 2017 to 2021, guiding equitable practices in Pennsylvania school districts. Currently, Stacey leads school improvement initiatives at Leading Educators, focusing on integrating equitable practices into ELA curriculum for students aged 7-12. For over a decade, Stacey has also been the Chief Growth Officer at Leading With Behavior Balance, LLC, supporting corporate leaders in enhancing social capacity through emotional intelligence and DEI principles. Stacey is pursuing multiple advanced degrees in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Educational Leadership from Arcadia University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication and Management from Chestnut Hill College.
