Lea Boudreaux

Lea Boudreaux, MS, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience that includes roles in human resources and legal support. From 2017 to present, Lea has served as the Director of Human Resources at Leading Home Care. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at CalTech from 2014 to 2017, where they contributed to employee engagement initiatives, policy and process development, HRIS administration, and strategic planning, among other responsibilities. Before CalTech, Lea was a Graduate Research Assistant at Angelo State University's Psychological Research Center from 2013 to 2014, where they proctored student participation in research projects and conducted data analysis using SPSS software. Additionally, from 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Stan Gauthier, II A Law Corporation, providing administrative support and assistance with legal document drafting and proofreading.

Lea Boudreaux, MS, SHRM-CP, earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, graduating in 2013. Additionally, Lea received their high school education from the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA) from 2008 to 2010. Lea obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in September 2016.
