Deepak Garg

Deepak Garg has over 12 years of experience in the IT and service industries, currently serving as a Manager at Leading IT since January 2011. Prior to this role, Deepak held the position of Senior Team Leader at Serco from October 2006 to December 2010, where responsibilities included leading a team of 64 FTEs, managing key result areas (KROs), turnaround time (TAT), operational level agreements (OLAs), and quality service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, Deepak has experience as a Team Coach in Operations, focusing on performance enhancement through coaching and mentoring in sales methodologies. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronic Media from the University of Madras, achieved in 2008.
