Narayan Palai

Narayan Palai has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked at Oscar Management Inc as an Office Administrator, where they managed various tasks related to finance, accounting, and inventory control. Narayan then moved on to become a Branch Manager at Oscar Management Services Ltd, where they handled a team of 17 members and maintained administrative work at the branch level. In 2014, Palai worked as a Back Office Executive at Reliance Communications, where they handled customer complaints, provided help and advice to customers, and prepared reports. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Hexaware Technologies as an HR Payroll specialist and Customer Service representative, where they investigated and solved customer problems, communicated with customers, and processed payroll. Narayan then worked as a Business Development Manager at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd from 2017 to 2018, focusing on developing business opportunities. In 2017, they became self-employed as a Business Development Manager. Most recently, Palai worked as an HR Recruiter at Info Corporate Service from 2018 to 2019 and is currently working as a Human Resources Consultant at Leading IT since 2019.

Narayan Palai obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Punjab Technical University.
