Josh Holmes

Josh Holmes has extensive experience in program and production management within the aerospace and composites industries. Currently serving as Program Manager and previously as Production Supervisor at Leading Technology Composites, Inc. since January 2011, Josh oversees production planning and maintains a safe work environment. Prior roles include Production Lead at Boeing and Production Manager at Eclipse Aviation, where responsibilities included monitoring workflow, implementing cost reductions, and maintaining quality standards. Josh began a career in aviation as Crew Chief at Cessna Aircraft Company from 1999 to 2006, gaining foundational expertise in production and personnel management.
