Matt Martin

Matt Martin has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Matt is currently the Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer - Personal Protection at Leading Technology Composites, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Operations at AgEagle Aerial Systems.

From 2013 to 2020, Matt worked at Spirit AeroSystems, where they held various positions including Vice President, Airbus Programs and Program Director for A350 Fixed Leading Edge (FLE) and A350-900 Section 15. During their tenure, they achieved significant cost savings, supply chain cost reductions, and improved program performance.

Before joining Spirit AeroSystems, Matt worked at Beechcraft as the Vice President of Hawker Beechcraft Defense Company. Matt led the execution of the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System (JPATS) contract for the U.S. Air Force.

Matt started their career at Boeing in 1984, where they held senior managerial positions and was involved in various key programs such as the International Space Station, 767 Tanker/Transport, and Air Force One Maintenance and Upgrades.

Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has achieved notable successes in improving operational efficiency, cost management, and program performance.

Matt Martin attended Wichita State University where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. No specific start or end dates were provided for this education experience.
