Mike Coltrane

Mike Coltrane is the Vice President of Business Development at Leading Technology Composites, Inc. Prior to joining Leading Technology Composites, Inc., Mike served as the Director of Operations at Inteplast Group from August 2003 to January 2006.

Before their time at Inteplast Group, Mike was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ducommun Aerostructures from March 1995 to March 2000. Mike then took on the role of Director, Engineering & Quality Assurance at Meggitt PLC from March 1992 to March 1995. Mike’s most recent position before joining Leading Technology Composites, Inc. was as the Vice President, General Manager at OSI from March 2000 to August 2003.

Mike began their career in 1990 as a Quality Assurance Manager at Pawnee Industries. Mike was promoted to Sales Engineer after just eight months and then Manufacturing Engineer in May 1989.

Mike Coltrane graduated from Pittsburg State University with a B.S. in Engineering, specializing in Polymer/Plastics Engineering. Mike then attended Monsanto Dimensional Sales Training.

Mike Coltrane reports to Todd Lair, President, Founder & Owner. They work with Rick Scheer - SVP, Darisa Fisher - Operations Manager, and Karlee Johnson - Iside Sales Manager.
