Paul Russo has extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at Leadpoint Business Services since August 2006, including Director of Operations Support, Director of East Region Operations, and VP of Business Operations. Prior to Leadpoint, Paul Russo worked as HR Manager at APSM Systems from September 2004 to August 2006. Additionally, Paul Russo spent nearly two decades at the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, achieving the rank of Captain in Personnel Services. Paul Russo holds a degree in Human Services from Wayland Baptist University, earned between 2006 and 2008, and attended Northern Arizona University from 1977 to 1979.
