Michael Winfield

Michael Winfield has a long history of working in operations management and program coordination. Michael began their career in 2011 as an International Intern for Samaritan's Purse. Michael then worked as a Program Coordinator for the same company in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Adventures In Missions as a Regional Director. In 2014, they moved to 12Stone Church as the Director of Global Outreach. In 2016, they returned to Samaritan's Purse as Deputy Program Director, Senior Operations Manager, and Program Director. In 2020, they began working as an Operations Manager for Leadr.

Michael Winfield obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General from Valdosta State University between 2005 and 2010. Michael also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, obtained in January 2021. In February 2013, they obtained a TESOL 120 Advanced Certificate from TEFL Express. Finally, they obtained a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2020.
