Nicole Jordan

Nicole Jordan has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Nicole began their career as an Assistant in Admissions at Valparaiso University in 1999, and then worked as a Receptionist and Admissions Recruiter at the same university from 2002 to 2003. Nicole then moved on to Starbucks, where they worked as a Barista from 2003 to 2006. After that, they worked as a Supervisor/Keyholder at The Right Start from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they began working as a Nanny for Jose Bimont and Celine Martin, a role they held until 2010. From 2010 to 2018, they worked as a Children's Pastor at Newport Church. In 2020, they joined Leadr as a Customer Service Representative and HR/People Specialist.

Nicole Jordan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Valparaiso University between 1998 and 2002. Nicole then went on to Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia, where they earned a Diploma in Ministry in Worship and Creative Arts between 2003 and 2006. In December 2021, they obtained a certification in Delivering a World-Class Customer Support Experience from Intercom.
